Capacity building is the creation of an enabling environment with appropriate policy and legal frameworks, institutional development, including community participation (of women in particular), human resources development and strengthening of managerial systems.
We use the term Client Skills to cover any interpersonal training related to clients including client meeting skills, sales skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
Our learning solutions are bespoke and blended including role plays which blend technical and interpersonal skills. Workshops are delivered to seasoned audiences and can address issues of understanding clients, product suitability and conduct risk.
